1. DUAL PROCESS:	Carpet: $0.25/sq.ft. Upholstery: $3-5/sq./ft.	Used for any heavily soiled, high traffic areas. It's like a pre-wash and you are only charged for the areas that need cleaning.
2. TEFLON:	Carpet: $0.20/sq.ft. Upholstery: $3.00/sq./ft.	Teflon is a protector which we (Stainmasters) guarantee for 3 years or 3 cleanings, whichever comes first. It's like scotch-guard, but better!
3. GERMICIDAL:	price varies	Germicidal is a liquid enzyme that neutralizes odors, such as urine or mildew. We guarantee it will eliminate any bad odors your carpet may have.
